SHIPPING INFO & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Info    Currently we can ship physical CDs only within the United States. If you live out side the US, please visit Masako's store on CD Baby. Within the US, you have options to chose between US Post Office Standard mail (3-10 days to arrive) and US Post Office Priority Mail (1 -3 days to arrive). Tracking IDs are issued for all shipments, and you should receive a tracking number with your emailed shipment confirmation.

Return Policy     If the physical CD is defective or damaged, you can return it  for a refund or a replacement up to 60 days from the date of purchase.  We will send you a replacement with no charge to you. Please write to us from the Contact page.
